Return Eligibility
You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your items. All returned goods must be unused, unwashed, complete with original packaging, tags, and matching accessories. Customized/personalized items, clearance final-sale goods, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Application Process
- Send an email to our support team with your order number and return reason to request return authorization.
- We will review your request and send official return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
- Do NOT send items back without our prior written approval.
Refund Terms
After we receive and inspect returned merchandise, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective goods or wrong-item delivery).
