Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a confirmation email with a valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email for real-time shipment tracking.

International Customs (UK & France)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and France, customers are fully responsible for all applicable import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If parcels are returned due to incorrect recipient addresses, delivery refusal, or unclaimed pickup, all reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by buyers.

Lost or Damaged Goods
